6. User-Generated Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Teasipwarmt to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms. You agree that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights.

Teasipwarmt reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Teasipwarmt’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Teasipwarmt. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Teasipwarmt may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
